again: WHAT'S THE CAPACITY?

The LOD texture for this asset has some z-fighting on the front of the building. Is that something that could be fixed please?

Really wanted to make the parking a little bigger so cars can actually go in, but for some reason that hedge or whatever it is behind the parking with the tress doesn't show up in bob. The trees, lights and parking spaces can move. Just not what I need to move
