将可携带的角色及部队上限数调整为50，同时传承里携带角色/部队上限的选项需要的点数改为10，上限改为32（角色）与45（部队）

@Commissar Hunter From my understanding it changes the amount of Units you can have. Something about the Limit being forced to 32 (role) and 45 (Troop)
