Defending Sapphire River

Description
The Sapphire River is in a state of civil war. However, due to the recent armistace with the Red Alliance, the Republic Of Morris cannot openly support the Loyalists. Prometheus, the Intelligence Agency of the ROM, has reached out to you, the deposed king of the region, and has offered you a hefty sum to fight against the Insurgents. End the Sapphire River Civil War, repair the dam, and stablize the region.

Good scenario overall. I'd like to have seen more custom initiatives, and the scenario is fairly easy due to the player's advantages, but I liked it.
