Description
Housing building never used?
Generators, Mines and Farms seem to have to much housing for no reason?
Fixed. Rural districts gives more jobs but less housing and the mod is highly compatible.

This always bothered me too, it also gives city districts and the technologies that buff housing for them more purpose, all my planets with 20 housing left and 0 avalaible works. Great mod!
