Report a translation problem
Just a flaw in the Arma game engine I guess, the trigger time is a single config entry and setting it to -1 makes it into an impact trigger, so there's not much else I can do to fix this really.
Call it a "feature", not a "bug", and we'll stick with the "defective grenade" narrative...
