This is a complete mod of Heavy with actual custom voice over (sort of).
Like my other mods for this game, this took hours to make. Mainly to assemble the voice over which makes up all the aesthetics.

Biography verbatim:

A big and destructive player in the fortress who bears an arsenal of expensive miniguns and other clunky weaponry. As he addresses, even it costs hundreds of thousands to shoot bullets out of his specific miniguns for a few amount of seconds. The Heavy is especially tanky because of this signature equipment. That, or perhaps his physical build and his obsession with sandwiches.

Can you do newer characters with AI voices? For example; Cosmo from Fairly Odd Parents, Jenny from MLAATR, The cats from Catscracth, Squidward from Spongebob, and Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story. I wanna see more characters with AI voices

That is probably the best TF2 Character mod i've seen for this game so far.

Also i really wish there was a Dan Mandel(From Dan Vs) mod on this workshop. 15.ai has his voice too.

well the 7 who can talk -COUGH COUGH PYRO- but fyi please make scout play wisecrack it so would fit him
