An undercity map. Full map name: rp_nshd_basic

Published under the "Do whatever you want with this as long as you give me credit, also don't monetise" license or something.

I welcome any feedback. I'd appreciate any problems be brought up, so I can fix them asap.

Is the opposite of "filled with props". Left open for servers to do what they want with it, to minimise lag. Future versions may be full of said props.
