This is the existing, default Leaping Cutter, with a much higher damage value for an edit that uses it as a finisher. This way, the move is guaranteed to end matches. There are like 20 of these on the workshop and there is pretty much no reason for you to download this unless you're downloading my edit that uses it (who, as of this time, isn't on workshop), but hey.
