Netherlands Fixes

Description
"Dankzij deze uitstekende mod is Nederland weder speelbaar. 10/10 zou weder downloaden." ("Thanks to this excellent mod the Netherlands is playable again. 10/10 would download again.") - Wilhelmina Helena Pauline Maria, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau and Duchess of Mecklenburg.


Just a small mod that changes some things in the Dutch focus tree and localisation to make gameplay a bit more fun. Sadly not achievement compatible. Also not compatible with mods that change the Dutch national focus tree.




List of changes:


Focus tree:
- Izaak Reijnders no longer retires after completing the focus "Appoint New Supreme Commander".
- The foci "Continue the Zuiderzee Works" and "Curtail Colonial Autonomy" are no longer mutually exclusive.
- You now get both Fokker and DAF as materiel designers from the "Fokker" and "DAF" foci.
- You now don't need to have completed the "Go with Britain" focus to do the "De Vaarplicht" focus, so now you can request equipment from the allies while being monarchist.
- Now you can also do the "Combined Chiefs of Staff Representation" focus without completing the "American West Indies Protectorate" focus.
- The foci "Oranje Boven!" and "Curtail Colonial Autonomy" are no longer mutually exclusive.
- The foci "Continue the War in Batavia" and "Curtail Colonial Autonomy" are no longer mutually exclusive.

Localisation:
- Democratic Netherlands is now called "Kingdom of the Netherlands".
- Fascist Netherlands is now called "Netherlands".
- Monarchist unified Netherlands is now called "United Kingdom of the Netherlands".
- Fascist unified Netherlands is now called "Greater Netherlands". Dietsland could've been more accurate but I don't like that name lol




Plans/ideas for following updates:

- Do something with placating the Japanese so that instead of giving away all of that sweet rubber you get a non-agression pact or something
- Add some more generals with vanilla-like portraits
- Change the flags
- Maybe decrease the amount war on pacifism decisions

Material designer Daf is locked when you do the focus Fokker and vice versa. Could you please fix this?

About the pacifism decisions. Maybe lower the duration or allow multiple to be done at the same time.
