Click subscribe on this page.
Open the Game
Navigate to the settings menu
Click the mods tab (5th tab)
Scroll to this mod
Click on the up arrow on the top right to give this mod a higher priority value than any other mod which includes panels. (This includes the main 100% AC mod)

With this method you can subscribe to all AC seasonal mods, and prioritise the ones you want active when you wish to play with them, or set the 100% AC mod as priority to disable the panel borders.
