Yeah, you need to subscribe to the mod in Steam, then in the game go to the settings in the "Options" section, then click on "Manage Mods", find this mod there and turn it on.

I subscribed to the mod, but when I load up the game, it doesn't change the giant cookie into Sayori... is there something else that I need to do?
