- Increase the number of maximum troops and heroes/characters in the party
- Increase the number of initial troops size
- Decrease the number of Legacy points required to increase party size

Initial troops size: from 6 (vanilla) to 15 (modded)
Max troops size: from 40 (vanilla) to 120 (modded)
Max characters/heroes size: from 5 (vanilla) to 12 (modded)

Legacy Points required to buy:
"Troop Limit": from 15 (vanilla) to 10 (modded)
"Character Limit": from 60 (vanilla) to 40 (modded)

Max "Troop Limit" stack: from 5 (vanilla) to 15 (modded)
Max "Character Limit" stack: from 3 (vanilla) to 6 (modded)
