This mod increases the importance of habitability technology and traits by reducing base habitability. Traits, civics, and technologies are not touched.

Reducing habitability is also a small relative buff to species who ignore or are less affected by habitability, such as machine empires and lithoids.

Effects:
-Base planetary habitability is reduced by 10%.

Usage:
-Can be added to an existing game, but with caution - it will affect population output and resource consumption.
