Leaper

This ship was built as a very mobile scout boat. It has plenty of power to make it's way across common areas. This ship can face direct frontal winds of 90mph, but with much diffculty, before being forced to turn.

The name designates the boat as a "leaper" in the sense that it will often leap out of water and dive back in during your rougher wave travels.

Speed average on calm waters is ~50mph (~80kph) but changes on rougher waves or higher winds.

This is just the base package, only movement systems and automatic balancing installed. The only notable design are the additional water contact based wings for extra balance and bouyancy. There are no additional tractor beams or specialized gear, you will have to attach that yourself.
