Holdout - The Parish

Adds the Holdout Mutation on The Parish.

These 2 maps are based on survivng the hordes, rather than filling a generator with gas cans.

1st Map : There are 10 waves to survive before the chopper will arrive near the docks.
2nd Map : There are 10 waves to survive before the chopper will be on the trailer near the starting house.

To play the Holdout Mutation you have to go to the main menu, from there select the Mutations menu and then select "Change Mutation" option and change it to Holdout. Once you did, you can either create a lobby or join an existing game, as you normally would.

Note: There won't be any supply drops on these maps, so use your kits efficiently.
