Hats Are Not Clothing

Description
V1.1 Added some Prestige and other Royalty helmets I had missed.
V1.0 Changes all hats in core, Royalty, and Ideology to not count as clothing for those that did.

This makes them match the nudist trait more closely.
This does require both Royalty and Ideology to use.

If there's enough demand I may make an Ideology only version.
As usual, no claims of balance are made.
This does not work on modded hats, If you want those you can make a patch with this as a template.

The sash is already listed as not clothing, (same with the bandoleer.) I made this back before biotech because the game was inconsistent about which hats counted. It has since fixed many of those, but I keep this around because it still is needed for helmets. I don't have much interest in expanding this to non-hat items but I have no problem if you want to take a peak at the xml files and adapt them for your own purposes. If you want to message me about how to do that I am willing to give advice or help. It isn't hard to make xml only mods. just a bit tedious.

probably a stupid question, but is it possible to have some non-hat items added to this list? i specifically want the Corset, but it's tagged as clothing (i know that corsets are obviously body coverings, however most of them irl are just midriff coverings, leaving pretty much nothing to the imagination otherwise, so i feel it fits, plus i just really like them). there's several other non-hat items that i feel should be available with nudist factions, like the Sash from Biotech (not sure if that one is already available, i wouldnt be surprised if it is but i havent actually played with biotech installed yet, i just bought it lol)

I have looked and I don't see where to mod that conflict away, So dev mode might be the way to go for nudists who also desire hats. It's probably a bit beyond the scope of this mod anyways. All I am doing here is making it so that the nudist trait and nudist meme are in agreement on what headgear counts. (in favor of allowing all hats)

Yeah I noticed. It's just that in the ideology creation screen we cannot have nudists with hats. My work around was to dev mode the hats in later.

I didn't touch any ideology precepts or memes, but if you select male clothing: fully nude, and have one of your colonists wear a hat it will not break the nudity precept.

Cowboy hats were already listed as being ok for the nudism ideology. So you could do that without this mod. Now if you wanted to have everyone naked except for a face concealing mask/veil, well, that's when you'll need this one. I figured if I wanted the mod enough to make it myself. There might be others who would too.
