Would have been better of Majorian is listed here. Or even Stilicho or Aetius.

Romulus Agustulus was a minor child placed on the throne as a puppet for his father and was the last Western Roman emperor. He ruled for less than a year. Hardly a worthy choice as a leader.

@Alberto I am for my part very sure what this civilization intended to represent it's quite effective: A historical storytelling and shared interest of unfortunal figures in history.

There is another Western Rome civ made by Grant. So go there for "effectivness" lol

I think this would be a good civ if its leader was someone like Theodosius or Majorian. Romulus Augustulus leading an effective civ is hard to believe lol
