Welcome to Eagle Industries, a startup company that brings you the best brand spanking new military hardware out there. If you're looking for an honest, environmentally responsible product; you've come to the right place!

Class description
Dreadnoughts / Battleships (BB) are heavy surface vessels, designed around heavy APS gun platforms, firing rail assisted shells at enemies, while packing a decently heavy armour to soak up all but the heaviest rounds. These vessels focus on engaging large surface ships and airships, having only a comparably light secondary armament and little to no missiles. A relatively light torpedo armament is usually present, however, to give these vessels some means of engaging submarines. These vessels are best to be escorted by dedicated AA ships.

The ship
The Orion class of Dreadnoughts is a through-development of the Jupiter class. Using the same setup of four quad turrets, it stands as no surprise that the Orion relies on guns for its damage potential. Compared to the Jupiter, the guns use more sizeable shells and a larger rail charge, allowing for vastly superior performance. The increased size of the vessel allows for better armor protection, an extra AA gun and increased numbers of engines. As a result, Orion is able to take on most of what Neter can throw at it, excluding some of the largest and dangerous foes, such as the Megalodon or a few SD units. When it was first conceived, it could tackle the Megalodon in a stalemate. An arms race ensued, and the Megalodon received updates and upgrades, degrading the Orion's performance. Eagle Industries has sought to improve the main guns and increase the enginepower, but the Orion is stressed to the limits when engaging foes like the Megalodon. Keen (manual) handling may give you the upper hand in such situations. The AA guns are dual use, as they attack both aircraft and missiles alike. This adds to the survivability of the vessel.

It's sad that these no longer can be used in real life with the wide-spread use of missiles now. Hearing guns of that caliber is so amazing and terrifying that having a huge amount of them on, say, a massive ship would make the enemy be like "Mom, come pick me up. I'm scared."

The twin turret ship is a Battlecruiser, the quad turret ship is a new BB that's designed to overcome the issues with Orion (insufficient penetrating power against end game units). It'll come online after testing is done :) Thanks for the compliment!

That ship with three of Orion's turrets.. is that a hint of an upcoming battlecruiser, or is it another Orion variant? whatever it is, it looks great.

Glad to have been of help to your shipbuilding skills!

Studying this ships main guns has taught me loads about APS. In the span of a day I went from at max 170 firepower total from APS to 350 firepower. I am genuinely impressed with how well it's made, good on you for building it!

I get that, I was bringing up the k, which in english mean thousand. million would be m. great build none the less.

Hi, thanks for the compliment and the heads up. The way the English system works is different from my native language when it comes to large numbers. Changed it to a comma.

This ship is wonderful! Just as a heads up though, you put the very missleading price of 1.325 k in the description rather than 1.325 m.
