Description
**I WILL ALWAYS PROVIDE FREE MODS**

This my first mod for Skyrim. I was aiming to make a modest but useful playerhome. It features:

Vanilla Skyrim content only. No expansion/addons required.
4 No Respawn Large Chests
Multiple Bags and Barrels
Alchemy Table
Enchantment Table
Cooking Pot
2 Manniquins
Dim Lighting in Basement
Normal Lighting in 1st floor

Outside:
Smeltery
Forge
Grind Stone
Firepit with cooking pot
Workbench
Wheat Crushing Stone
Firewood Stump
Farm with Potatos, Leeks, Wheat and Cabbage
Close access to Whiterun Stable and front gate

Workshop Edit - Photos Added
Update 1.0.2 - Added 2 chests to basement
Update 1.0.1 - Lowered floating firepit and tree in farm area
Version 1.0.0 - Initial Release

Unfortunatly, this mod does conflict with some Whiterun external enhancement mods, or at least the one I was using. I made some terrain changes for the farm area but it seems that other mods take priority, so if there are mods that use the area of the farm, there will be issues. No other mod conflictions known.

Note that this is my first mod for any Bethesda game, so there may be some things that I missed. With that in mind, I am 99% sure I did the non-respawning chests correctly. No problems known so far.

Hi, i was wondering if you could please improve the lighting on the bottom floor where you take the stairs to go down to it ... It's really hard to see down there... but otherwise the mod is wonderful and has everything anyone could need... I do see its been a while since anyone has messaged you, so I do hope you are still willing to fix the lighting please...

just went through your mod..it's pretty good for your first mod.I just found the downstairs rooms just a little to dark..but it's in a great location.Good luck with your mods to come.....peace

No, you just find it near the stables. It is all unlocked. There is a lore-friendly note though.

It is all vanilla content. I would have added the Hearthfire oven and greenhouse but my editor crashes whenever I load certain addons :(. So ya, vanilla content only in this house addon.
