Instruction:
Step 1) go to local folder of the game
Step 2) change vanilla sharedassets1.assets to custom one from archive
Step 3) Launch the game
P.s - your way to a local folder should look like that: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Escapists 2\TheEscapists2_Data
P.P.S - If you want to change your textures to vanilla please change your sharedassets1.assets to backup of vanilla one, or verify Integrity of Game Files by going on Manage > Properties.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

After that all cargo was stolen, and thiefs got away.

Soon they found em. Criminals bought a yacht and tried to escape with all cargo to other country to sell everything.
But mercs found them and decided to take away all cash and sell criminals as a slaves to third-world counties.
However, the engine broke and nobody will sail away till yacht is not fixed.
It gives a nice chance to escape from the boat.
