Slam your stick in a direction and pray

This buddy will allow players to SDI, emulating melee's SDI as closely as possible.

This mod also has some technical details to it, so I'll explain the exact implementation below:

- SDI can be done anytime a player is both in hitstop AND in any hitstun state (This includes maypul wrap and etalus freeze)
- SDI checks occur when the stick moves between any cardinal/diagonal quadrants (45 degree subsections of any of the 360 possible stick directions)
- SDI does NOT occur when the stick transitions from a diagonal to a cardinal quadrant (E.G. Upright to Straight Up)
- SDI will move the player 10 pixels in the given STICK direction, NOT the quadrant direction
- Players CANNOT SDI upwards when grounded (SDI horizontally and downwards is still possible)
- Training mode will display a number above each character's head, displaying the current quadrant of their stick
