@PROFILE NAME The Stars? only affect passive items, but Panic Button is a trinket

If no items spawns doesn't include cards, couldn't you just get rid of the Panic Button by using The Stars?

Hey a tip for those going through this challenge, at the start of the floor when both Esaus are spawning, bump into them to turn into the Lost for better movement.
