About 2 years after the Otherworld War, Engineers that used to work for the USA military decided work together and destroy the tanks and other creations used to fight against the Voidling Army and the Death angel Army with the Presidents permission and create something that can be used to help rebuild the world and gave every country the mech for free as no one at the time could really afford it properly. The mech haves these laser cutters on it so it can easily cut Steel and Wood and is also strong enough to lift multiple steel beams at once. It also haves gyro stabilizer to lock it's arm in place when carrying stuff. These mechs were made with no intention of killing as well.
