[Simfphys] Teardown Vehicle Megapack

There is some Z-fighting due to how voxels work differently in Teardown, they don't have Z-fighting in Teardown as the voxels either have priority or faces are removed. Here the voxels have faces on both sides of the glass and actual car body. We can't fix this without remaking every single model to remove faces that aren't visible, or need to be removed.

There are also a few other minor issues such as some tires missing on cars that normally have 10 tires, or 8. This is because we cant really add them without also remaking half the models to have the wheels be part of the model and be animated.

Or some cars having a few scale issues, I think at some point the scale changed and it stayed the same ever since. Its not really that noticeable but i thought i'd point it out.
