The Russian offensive in the Finnish front has managed to advance several tens of kilometers towards Lappeenranta in just a few days, in the face of the Finnish inability to contain a force vastly superior in number. Up to 85,000 troops are estimated to have crossed the border, but in Virolahti the situation has been different. The combined Anglo-American forces, supported by Askelandic motorized units, has succeeded in halting the Russian advance at Virolahti, and the movements of both sides are limited to skirmishes at the front, in a complicated wooded terrain that does not allow massive advances of armored units.

Russian forces have halted their advance against the Allied defense to southern Finland. Three platoons of light infantry from the Askelandic 18th Jaeger Brigade, will be transported in APCs to the vicinity of the territory occupied by the Russian forces, near the town of Haavisto. Through the forests, various towns and outposts will be attacked to wear down the enemy presence in the area and create confusion among the Russians.

Take the role of a platoon leader of the Askelandic Expeditionary Force in Finland in an operation in the middle of the enemy lines. Be in command of three squads of light infantry in a long range mission, taking advantage of the usage of reconnaissance drones and rocket artillery fire.
