A Balanced Version of the "All the Talent Trees" mod (Update 4)

- 3 More Talent Trees Per Crewman.
- "Stand and deliver" requires a captain instead of a mechanic.
- Talent ins the New Trees have been change to make it still need the dynamic of crew.
- All original trees are not change to allow the mod to be added to saves.
- Some skills have had their stats change, this only includes "Stand and Deliver" and "Olympian"
- "Olympian" has had its large stat reduced by 10%.

This Mod still requires a restart of the game after enabling it in the settings menu. does not work with other talent trees.
