Lost Speedbirds

This mod is an attempt to resurrect many liveries which were lost over the course of Next Car Game's transition into Wreckfest. All of these paint schemes are made from original texture sheets although reworks were required to fix various issues with the transition to a new graphics engine and also the need to update 2013 textures to fit the 2014 Speedbird model.


- Enable the mod and select the livery you want to use through the paint selector. As for the AI the lost liveries appear exclusively in A Class.


- Bugbear Kickstarter livery which was found in the game files of the 2014 Pre-Alpha
- Unknown and unused all clean livery which was found in the game files of the 2014 Pre-Alpha
- All 5 originally AI only Tech Demo skins
- 2013 Pre-Alpha #4 livery which was replaced in 2014 with the #22 livery
- 2013 Pre-Alpha gold #8 livery which was entirely cut in 2014
- 2013 Pre-Alpha #07 livery which was replaced in 2014 with the #57 livery
- 2014 Pre-Alpha player only black #8 livery which was replaced in 2015
- 2014 Pre-Alpha UNUSED red #8 livery which was found in the Pre-Alpha game files
- 2014 Pre-Alpha UNUSED #37 livery which was found in the Pre-Alpha game files


- Full AI support for most paint schemes (2014 black #8, Bugbear Kickstarter, and clean livery excluded)
- All original texture sheets with minor modifications made to fix bugs
- All cars have restored normals and specular maps
- All cars have original damage textures
- Semi-metallic paint support as metallic has not been officially supported since the 2015 graphics update


- Mip-mapping acts bizarrely on certain vehicles
- Some skins have odd pixelation when in direct sunlight
