The Veiled BR Patch - Steam Release Version

Description

My appreciation to all the modders of Moonlit Dungeon Discord server, especially O'nightmare, Mrglrgl, Vulu, Anemone.
Metalgy gave me permission (preview icon is powered by him)

Load Order:
Halola's Shared Assests
Class Patch
Class Mod

To install, search in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060 for:
Shared Assests: 2946762538
Veiled Patch: 2708292304
Veiled Class: 2401797230
Then copy and paste them at Steam\steamapps\common\Black Reliquary\mods.
You should rename them into what ever you want for easy management.

Finally the steam version is out, compared to the official patch, I want my version to be more high risk high reward yet still offer something for those with lower taste of risk.

Several of the notable changes in this update:
+ Effects of 10% threshold are now more significant.
+ A bit lower max hp at all levels and self-dmg is now 6/8/10 instead of 4/6/8.
+ Withering Chant now has negating self damage effects so he won't put himself in death door after taking advantage of 10% effects.
+ Veiled can use amber meth now.
+ Buffed Courage Vessel and Rampant Vitality​.
+ Reworked Selfless Vessel to debuff enemies' resistances.
+ His heal is heftier but the same for -acc.
+ Some buffs and nerfs here and there.
+ Some new barks.
+ Fixed some typoes.
+ Added a new fx for Repurposed Remnant: Frenzy.
+ Work with Setar now (I hate Setar).

As in the title, the mod will run fine with steam release version but has no synergy with Setar. That shit is too much work.
