Construction Amulet Use For Construction Sites

Description
The Construction Amulet is now able to work on Construction Sites such as the Hermit Home, Lunar Siphonator, and etc. Cutting construction costs in half as the player is wearing the amulet. The amulet will be used as normal when fully constructing a site while wearing one.

Fully compatible with future construction sites added into the game or any modded ones.
