Algol Syringes - Stabilization Only

With this mod 1 special syringes can be found; use the Health/First Aid Interface or the Inventory Interface to apply them.

Stabilizing Syringe - When applied the patient that has the zombie infection will have their infection reduced, but not cured. They will still need repeated applications of this syringe over time to avoid becoming a zombie.

This is an alternate version of Algol Syringes I without the cure item and different distribution.
