Cleaner molotov

Description
Removes the weird black smudge that makes the molotov look like it's already been used and swaps out the crap 128x256/256x512 rag textures with unused 512x1024 found in psd files.

well where’d you find the psd at? iirc since i’m not at my pc but the mega upload only had survivor textures

i’d assume Left 4 Dead Zero but i don’t recall seeing throwable or anything, only survivor textures and the E3 build
