And then everyone figured out that Air production also gets a permanent bonus?
(that doesnt stack, unlike navy)

Much easier solution: Revert back to a version where the bug was not fixed yet. There, the cheat is in the base game. That way, I dont need to code, and you get your cheat.

I just want some cheat but not cheat in normal game can you do that

i can. but why should i?
it would probably not be ironman-compatible anyways, and if it was, it would be a cheat mod.
I didnt look into it, and quite frankly, i'm not really motivated to do so aside of finding out if it is unfixable without breaking ironman-compatibility.
By the way, this mod is not ironman-compatible, aka enforcible.
