Changes Nick's model, viewmodel, and UI/HUD into Splinks' Jake Muller from Resident Evil 6.

I simply renamed the files into Nick's files. Because the model wasn't loading in properly, I had to decompile the models and change some lines in the qc files. It seemed to work, and you can call this jury rigged.

Can you make Nick wear Jake Muller's outfit? that will be cool. I like L4D2 survivors with other games' outfit
