Changes Bill's model, UI, and viewmodel into Haus The Plague Doktor's files from the Haus mods by Splinks.

I simply renamed the files into Bill's files. Because the model wasn't loading in properly, I had to decompile the models and change some lines in the qc files. It seemed to work, and you can call this jury rigged.
