Healthy Humans

Description
A mod that adds 30 years to the retirement age, pushes back the aging penalties one tier, and makes characters look younger for longer.

Retirement age default set to 75.

Health, Recovery Rate, Dodge, Speed, and Perception age penalties moved back a tier. Charisma and Tenacity remain untouched.

< 30, Young (unchanged)
>= 30, Early Middle Age (now has no penalties)
>= 40, Middle Age (has penalties of Early Middle Age)
>= 50, Late Middle Age (has penalties of Middle Age)
>= 66, Old Age (has penalties of Late Middle Age)
>= 80, Very Old Age (has penalties of Old Age)
>= 100, Extreme Old Age (has penalties of Very Old Age)

Compatibility:
This mod makes changes to the aspect files "humans" and "humanAging", and the generation file "humanAging". Any mod that make changes to these files will create a conflict.

Thanks for the instructions. Copied to user folder and reset the age back to 45 in humans.json, just as described. But then in-game I had 2 versions of the mod listed.

So a couple ways to fix that. Either unsubscribing from original so only user mod is there. Or change the name/blurb in the mod.json file in user folder, so you can tell the difference between the two.

@Raimoundo that is the mod.json file, it is only for the description. Go into the assets folder.

I don't see the 75 anywhere, what I get is this

@Raimoundo see my comment below, it has instructions on how to change it.

Is it possible to tone down the mod in the files? like reducing it by 5 years or so

Awesome - and thanks for the quick response!
Bioness  [author] 15 Mar, 2022 @ 1:52pm
@Lampros, yes it is enough to never have a character retire in the current game.

Is adding 30 years to retirement age generally sufficient for characters not to have to retire? I have the game but have yet to play; and mandatory retirement was something that made me hesitate.

I second @Newcago's comment - tone it down just a touch and I'll be yours forever
