Simple Weapon Durability X10

Description
An X10 version of Simple Weapon durability mod.

Increases durability for all weapons by 10 times instead of the default x2.

All credit goes to the original author of this mod, I just wanted to upload a X10 version.

It contains the normal configurable version but also contains multiplayer static version in the flavor of 2x, 5x, 10x, 50x, and 100x.

Adds realism to the game, tools and weapons feel like they are made out of metal now and not plastic.

i think i found a issue with the 9m mag 2 times in a row i get a major error and it took me to the debug screen.
