Message to those interested

So this is the current situation on the Saturn-IB.

First of all, I want to thank you for still being interested by it, it honestly surprises me.

Files regarding the Saturn or Apollo vehicles haven't been opened in months, the main issue is time. Firstly, I don't have much of what I call "continuous time", where I can spend 3-4 hours straight fixing stuff. Due to irl, I usually work on vehicle for one or two hours, and more later in the day. I have a lot of events coming up as well, such as moving abroad, and the Saturn-IB isn't the top of my priority.

The other issue is work. If you look at the panels, connectors and antennas, you can probably imagine what you'll find in terms of logic. A spaghetti of logic being piled up, modified, different logic writing styles due to progres I have made along the way, and honestly, nobody can fix and do stuff efficiently without losing their sanity. The Saturn-IB has not exactly been a fun project, a lot of it has been spent fixing bugs, and you fix more, and then they come back, and specially with the Lunar Module maneuver, it is hell in there, which is the reason why I have preferred Mercury Redstone, it is small, slightly more simple and I generally prefer how I built up the foundation, with sequencing and manual overrides. This is why you may, and I say MAY see Mercury Atlas come someday, the shell is already done.

So to cut it short, you will probably not see an update to the Saturn-IB, and the Saturn-V is definitely not going. I hope you don't take it badly, as I am certain it is not what you expected to hear. If you still hold some interest for the Atlas, let me know and Ill see if I can fit some time for it.

Don't bother trying to understand the antique hardware, I got my hands on some older versions and may have an idea

@NimitzSoldier If you somehow get that happening, just remember that pumps should not be used on rocket engines.
