About the ContextMenu, when an item is used its context information is missing so it is displayed in code form(glasses, vests, visors). this problem happens in the original mod too, in the future, if there is no solution to this problem, I will try to make one from scratch, I just have to solve some recognition issues for some items.

To translate context menu you need to do this:
1. Create file ContextMenu_PTBR.txt
2. Add few lines in this file:
ContextMenu_PTBR = {
ContextMenu_Blackhawk (Tight) = "Tight",
ContextMenu_Blackhawk_Loose = "Loose",
}

^ This is just example. :)

Já traduzi muitos mods de skyrim e sei como é complicadinho, tava pensando em aprender a traduzir do Zomboid também, mas não sei nada relacionado :'(
