Description
Implements books that can be used to learn and deleting negative traits.
Mod adds 3 books to let you learn reading if you have (Illiterate), removes 'Illiterate' and 'Slow Reader' adds 'Fast Reader' (41.73 work) (Not working in MultiPlayer)

Illiterate => Slow Reade => normal => Fast Reader

DO NOT 'READ' BOOKS (THEY DISAPPEARED AND YOU GET NOTHING).
USE SECOND, MOD COMMANDS IN ITEM MENU (Learn Read, Master reading)

was able to go from illiterate to slow reader, but the book to go to normal reading speed is stuck at 49/50. am i missing something?
