Human Punishment: The Beginning

Description
Humanity is nearing its end.

The machines are on the verge of seizing control after making evil plans in the shadows over the years. Only GHOST, a special government unit, can oppose the machine revolution, but it seems the whole city is conspiring against them.

Become a part of GHOST and fight for the survival of your kind... no matter which one it may be!








SETUP

1. click on the number for "How many players?"

2. Choose starting player with "set active"

3. Every player chooses a character name (Feykah, Havoc, Jayden, Dryden, Nova, Dee Coy

3b. If Feykah is in the game, she secretly looks at her 2 loyaltcy cards and must choose RED (click choose). If there is no RED loyalty, she can choose on her own.

4. Press Continue when all characters are choosen and you rolled their starting locations with the orange D6

5. Answer if this is your first game with yes or no

6. Players look secretly at their secret goals and choose 1 to discard (put it back in the game box above).

6b Jayden starts with 3 and can discard 1, so he has 2 goals to complete!

7. You can change the gameboard to the "no text" side: Af the top right corner of the game board is a button!

INGAME

1. EVENTS: Players your their cards secretly in the EVENT pile next to the network. When they are done, push Reveal and see the outcome. You will see all cards shuffled and revealed + 2 extra cards added from the general influence deck. You can read the outcome on the event pile. Now you can trigger the outcomes from the event yourself and than push X next to reveal.

1b. Keep in mind: This works for all blue and red events. If there is a Green or Grey event, just count the grey/green colors :)

2. Human Phase: First 3 chips in network? Great, start the Human Phase and click on the 4 arrows next to the Human Phase to see whats in the network. Reveal 3 new programs, bring the lvl 2 enemies to the top and start using Event II cards.

3. Machine Phase: First 6 chips in Network? Great, start Machine phase!

A game with 4 players: All players move their cursor over their loyalty card and hold their finger over the F button (don't push yet!). All players close their eyes. Machines open their eyes. All Humans push F. The Machine can see all Humans. All Humans push F again and Machine closes their eyes again. All eyes closed, all eyes open.

Reveal 3 new programs, bring the lvl 3 enemies to the top and start using Event III cards.

A game with 5-6 players: All players move their cursor over their loyalty card and hold their finger over the F button (don't push yet!). All players close their eyes. Machines open their eyes. All Human and Machine players push F. Machines can see each other. If there is only 1 Machine, the Machine can choose a Human player.

All Human and Machine Players flip their loyalty card again with F. All eyes closed. All eyes open! All players going back into Discord for a moment and the Machine sends the human a private message that he turns into a Machine.

All players are back in TTS after 1 minute. Check if Legion could add players to their team. If there is no reached "2" in Security or Threat lvl, you can skip Legion. If they are reached, Legion chooses 1 or 2 players (depending on reached both 2 slots) for becoming Legion. This overrides all other loyalties.

All players going back into Discord for a moment and the Legion sends their targets a private message that they turn into Legion and who is maybe also their partner.

All players are back in TTS after 1 minute and the game can go on.... but some things have changed for the rest of the game!

Reveal 3 new programs, bring the lvl 3 enemies to the top and start using Event III cards.

One issue I've found: Trying to check your chip tokens, you can't bring them into your hand to check them privately or anything

@Serafan - are you still having issues? I ran a test and it all seems to be working.

The script gives error messages when I select Dryden, Nova or Jayden during game setup.

The message is always the same:
"Error in Script (Global) function <clickJayden>: Object refernce not set to an instance of an object"

~Dryden now gets 1 program cards during character select and will later receive a second card in the final setup step when all players are dealt.

small error here:
he gets two when selected and a third on on clicking continue
so he starts with 3 insted of 2 at the moment
