What do you mean? 14 jockeys spawning at once in the beginning of the map? If so, that was unintentional since it was a swap of keyvalues. Hard X mutations are meant to balance the amount of each SI class, like the official Hard Eight.

Not really. There's also (Realism) Hard 20 if you want even more SI. By the way, are you using those new dependencies? They are extremely important.
