Barrington

Description
"Barrington" - A DayZ custom map not based on any real world location.
The map is 10km x 10km(100 sq km).
Many post apocalyptic style towns spaced close together to encourage interaction.
Random cabins in the woods and hidden caves. A large swamp, a large castle
a large Military industrial Complex a very Large City, a City with a large sewer system
and a Labyrinth.
Great for all styles of play.(PvP,PvE,RP)
So far there are more than 30 POI's on the map.
The Map is Currently at 95% completion.


-You will find areas and other things unfinished.
-You may find glitches.

More poi's will be added in future updates.

@Helly Yes you can open a server using Barrington.

@Ray Charles Sniper Thanks for liking Barrington. The work continues. I have added more poi's added more open areas made a new satellite image and mask image by hand. Barrington castle got a "major" overhaul. etc. etc.

Loved the map during the winter event in 2023 and have been looking for a server hosting it since, glad ur still working on it and would love to see it finished one day

I just took a look at this map annnnd...DAMN, is it exquisite. I wish I had opted to use this instead of Livonia. I look forward to seeing it finished.

Hey Stoner i just want to let you know its by far 1 of the best maps out there i used it to build a server on it and its so fun just to roam around that i forget the time to actually keep building the server. Keep on going you are doing a great job! Thank You

@lothsun I still have another update to get done. I'm working on a new satmap image and working on the mission that will be a part of the Barrington map. The last few months have just been hectic with work and life. But yes the work is still progressing. Thanks for playing Barrington.
