I resurrected an ancient cheat mod with some additions and deletions. This mod adds a window containing a wide range of items, which allows you to add them to your inventory. Press the "~" key in the upper left corner of the keyboard to call out the window. Simply click the item name and it will be added to your inventory.

Now adds support for bigger font. Supports multiple languages.
