30-story Art-Deco building located in Lower Manhattan, New York City. This is a rather long and narrow building with numerous setbacks and various decorative elements. It was completed in 1930, then a small 6-story annex was built in 1964.

The main feature of this building is the massive, ornate entrance portico (which wasn't an easiest thing to recreate).
Also it has many sculptural elements, ornaments, and large decorative metal panels.
The overall shape is also quite unusual, showing how the 1916 Zoning Restriction Act worked on an very irregular lot.

Unfortunately, this building is located in an extremely dense area and is overshadowed by many other skyscrapers, so it's really difficult to even find it. But I did my best to recreate all of these little decorations and we can enjoy them in the game. The only big change I had to do was to make it more rectangular, so it fits better into the grid. Also the number of triangles is surprisingly low for this level of detail.
