But. to fix your workshop issue: Don't be on this ship (best you beam to a station oos); unsubscribe; delete the bayamon-folder in the extensions; resubscribe. This will make a new download for the uptodate-version. There is no need to cleanup your save-file. Hope that helps.

Now, in order to add the ship into a player shipyard you need the blueprint. The only way I personally know of to start a new game with a blueprint when using a predefined gamestart (The Young Gun, The Unworthy Entrepreneur, etc) is with an mdscript; however, if you do a Custom Game Editor (Creative) gamestart you can give yourself whatever blueprint you want under the Player tab. Alternatively, you might be able to use a cheat mod to give yourself the blueprint if you don't want to bother with scripting.
