Ported to Gmod (and they work for SFM as well) by me.
It's been a while since my last Sniper port, and when I found out about this, I couldn't just ignore that.
Anyway, features are:
*bones (mostly made by me);
*bodygroups;
*simple physic.

I was thinking this.
According to the part of the body, the hit marks the enemy player (mini-crits for a short period).
Headshots slows down the player.
-100% damage (yes)
50% additional ammo
no random crits

Maybe:
Fully charged shots have knockback
Headshots stun the target
-100% damage
+50% charge time
