Replaces the boomer with one of my scrapworld characters: Dixon.

Includes:
Hands for Versus
Female Variant for Boomette
L4D1 Model
Facial Flexes for vomiting & blinking.
Some gib replacements, mostly the lower body corpse, head, right arm, head and steak 1 (which is now a coin).
