CIV4 Micro Airforce working carrier

Description
The aircraft carrier from the CIV4 aircraft pack with a LFS spawner thrown upon it with added transparency, succeeding in making the carrier spawn aircraft and also move around by it's own if given AI, will be updated if the carrier from the original pack is removed or replaced

(spawn underwater on a relatively even surface, it's physics should be more normal spawned like this)
