@Lil Toof Look man I hate to be the "works on my machine" type of person but I literally just booted the game up with it and it ran just fine. It's been ages since I made this mod and I'm not even running it from where I made it, I also subscribe-downloaded it like a user would. Your issue is somewhere else.

@Muse When I launch my game with the mod it just crashes or loads infinitely but if i take it off the playlist i load in just fine. This is the only mod in my playset and I also verified the integrity of my files.

@Lil Toof The mod doesn't need an update. All it does it replace an audio file, unless the name of the audio file which the game plays when rebels spawn changes, the mod'll work.
