Arcane Master Assel

Description
Assel can now become the master summoner he was destined to be! This mod fixes a bug that prevented Assel from achieving the final summoner skill, Elemental Descent. This only affects the english version of the game as the chinese version was unaffected.

UPDATE: Changes this mod makes fixes the summon skill tree for all NPCs, including Misod

Hey would it be possible to make this for the alchemist tree too?

There's a few heroes that can't use the top skill because they're not masters either.

I'd do it myself and tried, but can't figure out the mod tools and the tutorials are Chinese.

@Kaido I just tested it and yes it looks like it works for Misod as well so it should fix the summoner tree for everyone.

does this only apply to assel only or the summoner skill tree in general?
